Asplenium Crispy Wave is a member of the Aspleniaceae. This family counts about 700 sorts of ferns. The botanic name Asplenium comes from the Greek: 'asplenon = spleen herb). This fern was used in the Middle Ages as a medicine against spleen diseases. The Asplenium Crispy Wave is a new plant on the plant market and features because of the funny ends of the leaves.

Asplenium is an epiphytes and grows up in the tree canopies. Asplenium Crispy Wave is similar to Osaka. It grows a tall rosettes of glossy leaves with very ruffled edges.  Because this plant adapts so easily to different climates, it is a plant that is extremely suitable for home use. 

Light: medium to low indirect light, shade tolerant

Soil: organic compost or potting mix for ferns

Watering: every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out half way down between waterings

Fertilizer: fertilize every 15 days in summer with a foliar fertilizer

Humidity: give the plant plenty of humidity, mist occasionally
