The Hoya is an evergreen plant, with a somewhat lax growth habit. The long slender stems can either climb or trail over the edge of a pot or basket. The plant has fleshy leaves and produces clusters of fragrant white or pink waxy flowers. 

Light: bright indirect sunlight. A south-facing window is best, although eastern and western exposures may also work if they are bright enough.

Soil: well-draining potting compost

Watering: allow the potting compost to become almost dry before waterings

Fertilizer: once a month (excluding winter periods)

Humidity: humidity level of 50 percent are ideal
