It is evergreen trailing plant. Bella“ means “beautiful“ in Latin and the plant has been vividly and accurately described as “Beautiful Hoya"

The native habitat of this plant is India, Thailand, southern China, the Pacific Islands and Australia. In nature, it grows as an epiphyte, growing on the tree trunks under the leafy canopies. The main feature, for which hoya plants are very appreciated, is unusual flowers. Their petals are dense and resemble porcelain which led it to be called wax flowers and wax plant. In warm weather, droplets of fragrant nectar appear on the flowers.

Its leaves are also decorative: dense dark green, smooth and shiny, oval in shape. They are. like the leaves of so many succulents, covered with a thin wax coating.
