If your order arrived damaged, inform us within 30 days so we can replace it as part of our 30-Day Guarantee. Photos are required as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process.

Please allow your plants to acclimatise upon arrival as it’s natural for live plants to show some signs of stress after the journey. However, if they fail to perk up do get in touch with us and we will help to resolve this.

Real plants are all unique and not 2 are identical, please accept them as individuals. Occasional blemish, mishape is part of their originality.
