Brighamia Insignis 'Hawaiian Palm'
Very Rare endangered plant due to loss of hawk moth that its natural pollinator. Exists as indoor plant, in the wild hardly any left if any at all.
The plant is a succulent and therefore needs very little water. Watering once a week is sufficient. Feed once a month throughout the year.
Give the plant a sheltered position in the house or garden in summer. This will prevent excessive leaf drop.
Snap the lower leaves off as they turn yellow. This forms the trunk that is characteristic of palm varieties. New leaves develop in the crown and the older leaves at the bottom of the plant are shed. Regular checks and the removal of affected leaves will help to prevent most problems.
Re-pot the palm in a larger pot every year.

Piper Sylvaticum is a rare trailing plant from the Himalayas. Piper grows in the wild in the subtropical rainforests of sub-Himalayan forest where the plant thrives beneath the forest canopy. Reminds an epiphytes. Prefers diffuse light area and higher humidity.
